THE LEGACY OF ALI WOODSON LIVES ON! July 25, 2010 Gwen Majors, owner of MELODICCHIC RECORDS met with the family of the late Ali Woodson today to include Mrs. Juanita  Woodson, his daughter, and his neice. Gwen presented Mrs. Woodson with a copy of the single "YOUR PRECIOUS LOVE".  After much discussion and sharing stories about the great  entertainer, Mrs. Woodson agreed to partner with  MELODICHIC RECORDS to further promote and market the recording of "YOUR PRECIOUS LOVE."  This was the first time Mrs. Woodson heard the record and was brought to tears.  She told Gwen it was "beautiful" and she looks forward to doing all that she can to keep her husband's last and final recording alive.   Details of the deal will be forthcoming.  The execution of the deal will make Mr. Ali Woodson the first artist signed posthumously to the indie label, MELODICCHC RECORDS.  The single is available for purchase.  Simply click on or paste the following URL into your browser. http://cdbaby.com/cd/gwenali Also, the single has been widely accepted in Japan.   Ms. Majors is talking to an established booking agent about dates.  It has been a while since she performed there and she is looking forward to a return to the great country of Japan.
