Joel Evan Tye Lands Co-starring Role in Upcoming Series “Spin the Bottle”

Media Giants – West Hollywood, CA (August 25, 2010) *** For all those who can’t get enough of international sex symbol Sir JET aka Joel Evan Tye, the actor/singer/model has landed a starring role in Matthew Barnard’s “Spin the Bottle” series. The upcoming prolific web series will feature Tye playing the role of Perry. Perry is a caterer and boyfriend to Roy - the series lead character. "The final title of the show is now ‘Spin the Bottle.’ As everyone knows that is a party game and involves kissing and having a good time,” states Matthew Barnard. “I describe it as 6 friends who all support each other as they handle life, love, marriage, divorce and careers and all the other bumps in the road."
After Tye auditioned for the part, Bernard rethought the character of Perry’s importance. Capitalizing on Tye’s comedic skill and incredible sex appeal, the role of Perry was reworked by Bernard to allow Tye to appear as a lead "co-star" character throughout the series.
“Appearing in ‘Spin the Bottle’ is really exciting for me,” states Joel Evan Tye. “I am so looking forward to working with Matthew Barnard and the awesome cast on this brilliant project.”

ABOUT SIR JET:Sir JET (aka Joel Evan Tye) is an American singer/songwriter has released two albums independently. His freshman album “Enjoy the Sadness,” (March 2007).
