The next single release from Lauren Hildebrandt’s debut full-length CD “Not Really a Waitress” will be “Underneath.” Hildebrandt will be attending the Winter Music Conference in Miami Beach this month.

(Media Giants – West Hollywood, CA) March 19, 2010 *** Lauren Hildebrandtis ready to introduce her new single “Underneath” to the pop/dance radio world.  “Underneath” is a smart and crafty blend of invigorating pop, fat steady beats and infectious melodic poetry.  The song’s hooky lyrics and pop/dance sensibility has become Hildebrandt’s signature style and will resonate with her current fans.
“Underneath,” from the debut full-length CD “Not Really a Waitress,” was re-fashioned by producer Josh Harris for a mainstream dance radio promotion to begin soon after the Winter Music Conference in Miami Beach, FL this month.
The updated version of "Underneath" showcases not only Hildebrandt’s powerful vocals and flair for dazzling hooks, but also the singer’s ability to truly connect with listeners.
"Underneath has always been one of my favorite tracks from “Not Really a Waitress,” says Lauren Hildebrandt. “ The single has a little bit of a club feel to it, but more of a popular up-tempo radio vibe.”
Digital downloads of the mixes by Josh Harris, Mike Bordes, Peter Borona and DJ JST will become available after the radio kickoff Spring.  The original version of “Underneath,” produced by Devine Evans and The Senate, can be purchased at iTunes, CD Baby and many other download sites.
Hildebrandt will be attending the Winter Music Conference in Miami Beach this month to promote the upcoming “Underneath” release.

ABOUT LAUREN HILDEBRANDT
Lauren Hildebrandt began wowing audiences in plays and musicals when she hit the fifth grade while living in Scottsdale, AZ.  Spending her youth training as a singer, dancer, actress and gymnast, Hildebrandt absolutely loved any chance she received to perform with many dance troupes, theatre groups, and cheer squads. Lauren has performed several roles with European touring companies, such as Val in A Chorus Line and Frenchie in “Grease.” Lauren made it the Top 12 from 5000 hopefuls on the NBC “Fame” reality series. She took a job as a waitress to support herself and hit the studio to record dance tracks to perform in the clubs.  During this time, she sang back-up vocals on the Sharon Stone charity single, “Come Together” and appeared in the video.  Hildy also had the incredible experience of dancing in the Black Eyed Peas “Bebot” video as one of Fergie’s dime girl dancers.
Hildy made a huge splash in the dance world with her debut single titled “Burnin’ Out,” which hit #5 on the Billboard club play chart. The “Burnin’ Out” video, directed by Black Eyed Peas director Patricio Ginsela, helped establish her as one of the hottest newcomers on the scene.  Fans from around the world were impressed by her soulful vocals and amazing live performances.  The unbelievable popularity of Lauren Hildebrandt’s first single led to a coveted nomination as “Best New Dance Artist” in 2006 against Rihanna and Cascada at the International Dance Music Awards.
Soon after, Lauren released the successful club hits “Dance with You” and “My Life Again” in succession.  Both dance singles went top 20 on the Billboard club charts and Lauren continued to appear everywhere from Honolulu’s famous Pipeline Café to clubs in New York and Miami.
Today, Hildy is making a splash on the mainstream scene with her debut album “Not Really a Waitress,” which features five tracks co-written by Lauren herself.
