We come together and unite as we celebrate the victory of the all time Championship of the Los Angeles Lakers, sponsored and hosted by none other than the legendary himself former NBA Player Magic Johnson and Swagg Media at Trousdale on Sunset Bl. in West Hollywood, California.  As a TV host, Model and Actress myself Schemika Mark, this was a grand experience to be able to do an interview with Magic Johnson.  Not only is he a great player in the game of basketball, but he is also a great player and a champion in the art of entrepreneurship. What an awesome statement he made about giving back to his community, especially to urban areas such as the Crenshaw district, Watts and other areas.  Magic’s take on the game is that the Lakers are winners he quotes, ' Winners, Win and Losers Lose".

You can visit Ed Magik TV and view the video where I had the honor and the pleasure to interview him about his overview of the Lakers and how he is reaching back into the community and helping in more ways than one.

This was a fun filled, star-studded event with numerous entertainers in attendance including, Rap Music legend Master P, and his son Romeo, Comedian / Entertainer Alex Thomas, Talk Show Host / R&B Artist Bryan McKnight, R&B Artist Johnny Gil, and R&B Producer / Artist Al B. Sure just to name a few.   It was a packed house.  This celebration was to celebrate the players, the coaches, and their fans.  After the big turn out at the parade earlier in the day these dedicated artist and fans all came out to show there support and celebrate a moment that will be marked down in history for the Lakers and a championship that has been well earned.

As the City of Angels, we are so proud of the Lakers and their continued successes.  This was an example of never giving up.

The Boston Celtics, which is also a great team, played a good during the season and during the finals.   They gave the Lakers a run for the money, but the Lakers also had major support from their fans, which helped to carry the team to victory.
